Crew on rail sailing during St Kilda Race

St Kilda is on many people’s bucket list and what better way to get there than to sail and race. The offshore race will start from Rathlin Island off the North East Coast of Northern Ireland and head North outside the Hebrides to the finish line at St Kilda.

This 11 day trip starts at Largs with delivery and race training to Rathlin Island. After a good night sleep the race begins to St Kilda. On arrival in Village Bay, St Kilda spend some time ashore (weather permitting) then sail East to Lochmaddy where we will celebrate our accomplishments and party with the other competitors. Next we deliver the yacht back to the home port of Largs with some stops on route amongst the beautiful Scottish Islands.

The previous 2 edition of this race were won by Daniel Smith of Sailing InTuition. The 2018 race onboard a Clipper 60 and the 2021 race onboard InTuition. Here is a quick summary.
