Whether you are a new sailor or have been sailing for years there is always room for improvement. This is a course that can be tailored to the individuals who book on it with the main aim being sailing the boat more efficiently, slick sailing manoeuvres and making confident, safe decisions.

  • Competent crew sailing in Scotland
    Competent crew racing around Cumbrae

Pre-course experience: Dayskipper or equivalent practical ability

Minimum age: 18

Course content:  This course can include topics such as headsail trim, mainsail trim, better tacking and gybing, better reefing, heavy weather tactics, sailing maneuvers (buoys and pontoons), mob drills

Course starts: Saturday or Monday 09:00 @ Largs, Scotland
